Fits Minn Kota motors with 38 - 45 pounds of thrust that have a 3-1/4" diameter lower unit

Measures: size - thread count 8 - 32 x length 8.96"

Anytime a lower unit is reassembled, the thru bolts need to be tightened within 25 - 35 inch pounds for 3-1/4" diameter lower units
