Motor works perfect now. Had trouble getting the old motor apart because the trim was tight against the head and couldn't access the screws (control board was also fried on this project). I called Andrew and he put me on with Jason who immediately set up their Ulterra to duplicate the problem. That's service and knowledge of the product you are selling. Everything arrive very quickly and they were great about helping me diagnose the failure and getting the parts ordered. I would highly recommend buying from them. Lou in VT
