After watching YouTube on replacing the broken handle, I ordered from the same place the guy on YouTube did. Great Customer Service! Replacement handle arrived in two days and it is better than the one that came on the motor when new. Very happy with entire transaction.

Worked like it should. Minn Kota makes good quality products, did not really have doubts that it would. My concern was " am I ordering the correct part?" so I called before ordering and after speaking to a Northland representative, I felt much better about the order. I was initially going to order another part and the rep informed me about this kit. A much better choice in my opinion. Northland has now been added to my "favorites list". I'm sure I'll use them again, thanks for the help.

Called Northland to verify if parts were in stock. Spoke with a gentleman who was very helpful and confirmed were in stock. Ordered through website and parts arrived in 3 days. Will definitely use them again.
