Somewhat of a chore to swap it out. But it went back very well. At least it works now .

Board was a perfect replacement. Fast shipping... arrived in two days. Its a shame that MinnKota would not stand behind their product and cover this under warranty. My Ulterra failed with the motor running on high speed and would not shut off without a complete disconnect of the power. Quite dangerous.
