I bought a trolling motor part on-line from Northland Marine. The process was easy and the price was fair. You need to ship by a carrier other than FEDEX. They are the worst.

2110 Nauticstar 55lb thrust worked fine but steering was out. Replacement took 15 min. Thanks guys.
